Frank Hoffman has been practicing law for over 40 years since graduation from Southern Illinois University College of Law in 1980. Mr. Hoffman's undergraduate degree was from Eastern Illinois University in 1976 with a double major in speech-communications and political science.

Frank Hoffman is an active member of the Illinois State Bar, McLean County Bar and Tazewell County Bar Associations. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals - seventh Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
